Who Am I?

I started taking boxing seriously in 2023, at the age of 17. Although I had boxed before in Afghanistan, I never truly committed myself to the sport.

Why I started boxing?

After moving to the United States, I found myself getting bored and feeling unmotivated during my free time after school. One day, while going through my old notes, I came across one of my goals: boxing. I decided to give it a real chance, found a local boxing gym, and made a promise to myself to give the sport every ounce of my energy.

My first loss and the lessons I learnt?

Six months later, I insisted on getting my first amateur fight. Unfortunately, I lost. But that loss became one of the most important lessons of my journey. It taught me that boxing isn't just about working hard; it's also about training intelligently, recovering properly, and understanding the importance of strength and conditioning.

After taking a month off to let my mind and body recover, I returned with a different approach. I began training smarter, paying closer attention to my preparation, and taking responsibility for every aspect of my development. Since then, I've won my remaining fights.

What Boxing has taught me?

Boxing has taught me discipline, patience, and accountability. Whether I win or lose, I understand that I'm responsible for my own performance. I've also learned that consistent hard work, combined with the right approach, is what moves you closer to your goals.

Why I want to be a trainer?

Today, I'm continuing to develop my own style of boxing, focusing on a combination of speed, power, and footwork. I'm always looking for ways to improve, challenge myself, and separate myself from the ordinary.

Over time, people have noticed my progress. Some have even asked me to train them, despite knowing that I've only been boxing seriously for a couple of years. Those conversations inspired me to share what I've learned with others who want to begin their own boxing journey.

That's why I'm starting this next chapter as a boxing fitness and skills coach. I want to help beginners develop their fitness, learn proper boxing fundamentals, and experience the discipline that comes with the sport.

I'm still working toward my own goals as a boxer, and I intend to continue growing both inside and outside the ring. Coaching gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge with others while building a career that allows me to keep pursuing my own journey.

I'm not here because I've learned everything. I'm here because I've experienced what it takes to improve, and I want to help others take their first steps.
